Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getusers.xyz and the services offered by GetUsers (“GetUsers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

GetUsers is a marketplace that connects builders, who list apps and fund bug bounties, with users, who test early apps, report bugs, and earn rewards. The Service is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase, and features described on the site may change before launch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service, and you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Waitlist and head-start credit

  • Joining the waitlist reserves a place in line but does not guarantee access or a launch date.
  • The $5 head-start credit is a promotional credit. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and becomes usable only within the platform if and when it launches, subject to eligibility and account verification.
  • We may modify, suspend, or withdraw the promotion, and adjust or void credits obtained through error, fraud, or abuse, at our discretion.

4. Referrals

Referral rewards are subject to anti-abuse rules. We may withhold or reverse rewards for self-referrals, fake accounts, or other activity we determine to be fraudulent or in bad faith.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for any activity associated with your waitlist entry or account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

6. Payments and rewards

After launch, builders may pay to list apps and to fund bug bounties, and users may earn payouts (for example, in USDC) for verified bugs. Fees, payout terms, and any applicable taxes will be described at launch and are your responsibility. The value of digital assets can fluctuate, and we are not responsible for such fluctuations.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Submit fake, duplicate, or bad-faith bug reports.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the GetUsers name and logo, is owned by GetUsers and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetUsers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GetUsers harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
